We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. You have the reassurance that if you are not absolutely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. No questions asked!

Before returning the item, please contact us through our website to obtain a Returns Authourisation Code (RAC) as without this we will be unable to accept any returns.

We will honour exchanges or refunds provided that the product(s) are in re-saleable condition and have not been damaged or misused and are returned complete with original packaging including all contents and any accessories that form part of the product package. We will levy a minimum restocking charge of 10% or £10 (whichever is greater) if the above conditions are not met.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund if any product is damaged through misuse or assembled without following the instructions correctly. We reserve the right to examine returned products prior to processing exchange or refund.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of sending the item back to us in proper condition and within 14 days from the date of issue of the Return Authourisation Code.
